This listing is for a new with sealed tag Russ Berrie Shining Stars plush lab or golden retriever from 2006. Before Russ went bankrupt, these toys were created so that the owner could use the custom code on the sealed tag to name their own star in the International Star Registry. That function has been disabled with the collapse of Russ, so you are simply purchasing a high quality, soft, detailed, plush stuffed animal. Russ always did a great job with their plushies, and I have several of them for sale in my store.
