SPEEDMASTER BIG BLOCK CHEVROLET CYLINDER HEADS

2.25" Intake, 1.88" Exhaust valves, 125cc Combustion chamber, 360cc Intake ports, .300 Raised exhaust ports.
Intake and exhaust ports are large with minimal obstruction and bumps to hamper flow.
Heads have a 1.730" diameter spring seat surface, and will accept any diameter valve spring.
These heads came without push rod guide plates and rocker studs, and now have Edelbrock guides and rockers studs installed. Valve springs are for flat tappet camshafts, single spring with damper. Use the valve springs that your camshaft manufacturer recommends. Make sure to get them with retainers, seats and locks. Roller cam push rods are included in the sale. Intakes are 7.700" Exhausts are 8.425", which will be needed with these heads. Chevrolet factory roller push rods are 7.592" and 8.569". Use ARP 135-3610 head bolts w/o blind holes in block.
Decks were never surfaced and are perfectly flat, they were checked with a straight edge.
Heads require a 4.540 bore head gasket. Fel-Pro 1047 for Mark IV's Gen 5's and Gen 6's or a 1017-1 for Mark IV only.
