Art Deco Hafis Watch Co Sixteen Jewels movement, face with bullet crown and crystal only, not running for parts or restore.
Does not run. Sets time nicely, but it does not wind, it is stuck and I have no idea what is wrong with it. Wheel does not rotate not even with help. Face has patina. Crystal has a very minor surface scratch. Selling as pictured for parts. Please view all images.
