This Buy It Now item is for a super soft stuffed animal.  It's a small turtle created for the SHINING STARS products of the International Star Registry.  Still has the original unopened tag that has a code inside so a child can name their very own star.  We have contacted the International Star Registry and they are still honoring the Shining Stars program.  We will include a note in the shipment with the information on how to contact them as eBay won't allow a link within this description.
