These petti pants by Partner Please! Malco Modes of San Fancisco are a buttercup yellow. They are a cotton/poly blend with a high elastic waist, elastic runching over the hips and 8 overlapping rows of yellow lace from the mid and down the legs. Shorts are a lady’s size small (see measurements) and feature a 2-inch inseam. Petti pants are intended for wear as bloomers under a square dancing skirt. Would also be adorable shorts or perfect for cosplay. These are in excellent condition. I see no flaws.
