    Description

    This is a lovely vintage half slip by Velma Lingerie. From the early 60's. Size Small. 50% dacron polyester, 50% nylon. Does not stretch. Lovely taffeta with a rustle. Black. Elastic waist with satin pillow tab. Pencil/straight cut. Double ruffle hem has sawtooth scalloped edges. Wide satin ribbon trim. Pinked seams. Beautifully made. Please note: the Velma Lingerie tag is missing. I identified the maker through the RN number on the vintage ILGWU tag. It's a lovely, classic little slip with nice detailing. Also perfectly delightful if you want to feel like a bombshell under wraps! In excellent vintage condition with no damage. The elastic is nice and springy, too. Immaculately clean and ready to wear.
