MOVEMENT IS CLEAN AND BALANCE WHEEL SEEMS TO MOVE SMOOTHLY BUT IT WILL NOT RUN.  CASE IS NICE WITH NO DAMAGE AND NO APPARENT WORN SPOTS.  DOMED CRYSTAL IS COMPLETE WITH NO CRACKS BUT IT DOES HAVE SCRATCHES AND A SMALL CHIP OVER THE "12". DIAL HAS STAINING.  BE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE PHOTOS ABOVE AS SOME SHOW CASE DIMENSIONS.  AS THIS IS A PARTS OR REPAIR WATCH, THERE IS NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.
